Getting Nowhere

Want to cry
Know not why
Overwhelmed
Maybe
Uninspired
Maybe
Frightened
Maybe
Mind’s a blur
Words obscure
Unfocused
All over the place
Cloaked in gloom
Try harder
Too hard
Maybe
Doing best
Judged
Not good enough
Want to help
Say words nice
Goes awry
Comes back to bite
Impetus gone
At a loss
No drive
No will
At what cost
Stimulus dulled
Incentive lulled
Burnt out
Used up
Spent
Nothing left
But sleep
For ever
Sleep

I’ll send what energy I can to you so that you can fulfill all your chores, err… dreams. That’s right, dreams.

I think maybe at any given time these words could apply… for me they do right now

you need all the energy you have… I wouldn’t dream of taking yours, but thank you my friend

So sorry I haven’t been able to drop by until now… I have missed your wonderful words, friend.
As usual, you have read my mind somehow and it feels as if you are speaking either FOR me or TO me… I have been where this poem is too many times to count, but could never find such a brilliant way to express it…
Thank you as always for sharing. Much Love to you and yours… *kisses*
