SOME THINGS I’D LIKE TO SHARE

This is who I’m listening to at the moment….. well, in truth, this is who I listen to most of the time, and of course it’s their Have A Nice Day album. Yesterday I wanted to post some beautiful lyrics, but of course blogger put paid to that and the moment has passed.

Jamie had a calendar made for me for Chanukah and I thought I would share each month with you, except of course we are now in February and I only just came up with the idea…. doh, slow aren’t I?

Well this is February and I wish it was a longer month, because this one gets my…… mmmm …… never mind, I’m sure you all know what I mean, but this pose turns me on…. sigh

This is the one I had to kick the year off and I must say I do enjoy sharing the occasional cigarette with him. Aren’t his eyes just sparkling here and those hands ……. phew!

To help me through difficulties, I often dip into spiritual books to get some comfort and guidance. I would like to share the following which I found in one of my many tomes and which speaks for itself.

I asked for strength, and G-d gave me difficulties to make me strong.

I asked for wisdom, and G-d gave me problems to solve.

I asked for prosperity, and G-d gave me brawn and brain to work.

I asked for courage, and G-d gave me dangers to overcome.

I asked for love, and G-d gave me troubled people to help.

I asked for favours, and G-d gave me opportunities.

I received nothing I wanted.

I received everything I needed.

My prayers were answered.

I know I have been in rather a pensive mood of late, but my alter ego seems to have some mischief up her sleeve. She is watching her husband on the television to try to understand him a little better and to gauge his mood…. so very soon mrsbg will be letting you in on her latest nonsense.
