Steam rising
Sultry stifling
Windows wide
Heavy inside
Curtains still
Upon the sill
Music playing
Bodies swaying
Glasses clink
Champagne drink
Sounds vibrate
Appreciate
Party thrill
I must I will
Abandon sleep
Shuffle feet
Pace the floor
Walk out the door
Beat pounds
Rhythmic sounds
Tempo slows
Eyes closed
Warm breath
Caresses neck
Hand on skin
Shudder within
Body bends
Fever transcends
Heart complies
Passions rise
Joy to discover
Perfect lover
He mysterious
Me delirious
Unsurprising
Steam rising

I’m sorry I don’t comment more on your poems, Ann, I read and enjoy them, but comments that occur to me sound more like my English A-Level exam commentaries!
